Hello,
I extended my contract on 23.07.2021 for another 24 months (Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable).
I have just checked in my account what contract is active and looks that I have received actually just Red 50.
How can we solve this issue, taking into consideration that I have another contract?

Hi Alecs,
you're right.
My colleagues from winback booked the wrong tariff. I changed that now to 100 MBit/s as states in the change confirmation from July.
