Hi all,
Sorry for writing in English but I have big problems with my wifi connection.
I just moved into my flat about a week ago and I'm having connection issues with wifi. Although all the cables are in their correct places, only the power light is on in the wifi box. Neither wifi nor internet lights are on except for the power light on the modem. And naturally that's why I can't connect to the internet and have no idea what the problem is. Since I do not speak German, I cannot contact the customer representative. I would be very glad if you could help me.

It's a pity it doesn't work yet.
Do you have someone who can call the hotline for you, that would be quicker? But we can also help you, it just takes a little longer here.
If everything is plugged in properly, then a technician will have to come.
What is your postcode, then I can assign you better.

Since I am new in Germany, unfortunately there is no one to help me call the hotline. I tried to go to a Vodafone store and ask for help, but that didn't work either. My postcode is 96052. I would really appreciate if you could help here. I need to solve this problem before my school starts.

I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

well, thats realy weird - does the internet works via lan cable? Were is the device? Do you got your own network houseinternaly? Like how many users use the internet?

It doesn't work with a LAN cable and only me using it. I checked the cables and the place of the device in the room. There is no reason why it shouldn't work.

Hey @esrdgn,
well, one last question, i can send you a technician, can you give him access to the household systems etc? It that case it looks like the device isnt correct installed or something like this.
