Wifi disconnecting frequent, Please upgrade my Vodafone station to Wifi 6

My wifi on the Vodafone station router is disconnecting frequently and is highly unstable. Please can you check and if possible upgrade my Vodafone station to wifi 6.

I'm sorry you're having dropouts on your connection. You can't swap your device for the Wifi 6 router. Please tell me if you are connected via LAN or WLAN? When do the interruptions always occur?

I'm connected to WiFI/WLAN and the interruptions happen throughout the day and the WiFi disconnects after every 15 mins. I am facing disconnection for 1 to 2 months, I also raised the fault ticket which was resolved, and last week I had my router replaced but the replaced router is also causing the same issue.

Please get my issue fixed as I am working from home and facing heavy disconnection issues for a long time.

Yes please, I think replacing the modem with the latest configuration would resolve the issue as I was facing the disconnection issue for a long time.

Do you think this can be fixed by tomorrow (10.12.2021)? As I will be out of town after that.

Please read the whole thread, it's not the problem with the connection but with the Wifi Router which is disconnecting frequently and hence disrupting the work from home.

As promised in the thread above, could you please replace the router at the earliest?
