Vodafone Station router is not responding - appx every 15 days (internet connection is down)

hi all,

I have a vodafone station router and approximately every 15 days stop responding (all lights are on) and of course internet is down until i restart the system.

This is happening from the first day of my contract with vodafone. 

I have changed coaxial cable - use another socket ... but the problem still persists.

Is it possible to change the router?
