Hello,
I am a new client of the Kabel 250Mpbs service. Zip code 40479. I noticed since activating the contract last month that my Vodafone Station will reset / disconnect several times a day. Wi-Fi connection and LAN connection are lost for a few minutes than return. Anyone can please help me? Thanks in advance, Sergio.

Which contract do you have? Red Internet & Phone 250
Which modem / router do you use? Vodafone Station
Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device? Loaned
What is the error? (Speed too low; packet loss) Send screenshots of speed tests (with date and time) and tracerts / ping plotter measurements in the event of packet loss or ping problems. Disconnetion multiple times per day
How is your device connected to the modem? LAN & WAN
Which browser do you usually use? Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows
Start and period of the disturbance: Since start of the contract, one month ago.
Upload a screenshot of the signal values. You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via 192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 on the Fritzbox. BELOW
Which measures were carried out by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625)? a Technician was here last week and changed the bulding mains. The interruptions now seem to be shorter, but more frequent.
