Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

zunächst der Fragebogen:

  • Lade dazu noch einen Screenshot von den Signalwerten hoch. Diese findest Du in der Benutzeroberfläche Deines Kabelrouters über 192.168.0.1 bzw. über 192.168.178.1 bei der Fritzbox. siehe unten
  • Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625 für Vodafone Kabel Deutschland bzw. 0221/46619100 für Vodafone West) durchgeführt? Über die Hotline wurde bereits ein Ticket eingerichtet und abgeschlossen. Das hat zumindest eine Verbesserung gebracht, aber noch keine endgültige Lösung.

Bereits seit längerer Zeit muss ich leider eine deutliche Abweichung des verfügbaren Uploads vom vertraglich vereinbarten feststellen. Dies äußert sich in einer fast immer zu niedrigen Upload-Rate, die zusätzlich auch noch stark schwankt, sodass teilweise Echtzeitdienste (z.B. Zoom-Konferenzen, Twitch-Streaming, Upload in Cloud) beeinträchtigt werden. Während eines Streams verliere ich immer noch über 1% aller meiner Frames, obwohl dafür theoretisch nur 6 MBit konstant benötigt werden. Der Download funktionert hingegen sehr gut.

 

Bisher habe ich einmal telefonisch ein Ticket eröffnet, welches auch mit einer deutlichen Verbesserung einherging. Diese wurde scheinbar durch die komplette Abschaltung des DOCSIS 3.1 Upload-Kanals erreicht. Zeitweise konnte ich sogar ein sehr gutes Ergebnis erzielen. Aktuell ist es jedoch nur mehr wieder eingeschränkt nutzbar (vorher unbenutzbar).

 

Hier würde ich mir jedoch eine deutlich bessere Abhilfe erwarten, wenn ich schon einen Business-Tarif mit deutlich höherem Preis bezahle. Falls das nicht zeitnah möglich ist, würde ich eine deutliche Rabattierung meines Vertrags erwarten bis zur Lösung des Problems.

Anmerkung: Mehr als 10MBit werden nicht angezeigt und Quality beschreibt die Stabilität (sollte über 80 liegen). Wie man sieht war das kurzzeitig an diesem Anschluss auch möglich ist jetzt aber wieder nicht mehr drin, da immer noch zu viel verloren geht (Screenshot aus Open Broadcaster Software):

Hierzu sei angemerkt, dass das auch mit konstant 50 MBit funktioniert hat, als auch der Twitch-Tester perfekte Werte angezeigt hat.

Ich glaube nicht, dass ich falsch abgebogen bin. Da ich einen Business-Vertrag habe würde ich auch gerne das Business-Web-Ticket benutzen. Und dort braucht man für die Anmeldung eine Rechnungskontonummer.

Da bei Vodafone intern aber anscheinend niemand an einer Problemlösung interessiert ist, habe ich heute per Einschreiben eine Frist bist 15.11. gesetzt. Sollte der Anschluss bis dahin nicht entstört sein wird kurz darauf eine fristlose Kündigung eintreffen. Insofern werde ich die wahrscheinlich Rechnungskontonummer nicht mehr benötigen.

 

Einen Business-Vertrag den ich für meine Arbeit wenig bis überhaupt nicht nutzen kann, weil eine VPN-Verbindung in die Arbeit, Dateiuploads oder Videokonferenzen durch einen schlechten Upload mit kleinen Unterbrechungen praktisch unmöglich sind, kann ich leider nicht gebrauchen. Vom Privatvergnügen Twitch-Streaming bei dem mir meistens ca. 10% der Frames verloren gehen reden wir dabei noch garnicht.

 

Die größte Frechheit ist jedoch, dass mir der Techniker letzten Samstag gesagt hat, dass die NE3-Technik hier etwas tun muss. Das wurde mir kurz darauf auch nochmal telefonisch so gesagt. Diese Arbeiten hätten bis vorraussichtlich Mittwoch abgeschlossen sein sollen. Nachdem sich nichts getan hat, ist jetzt das nächste Störungsticket am laufen und was sagt mir der freundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon? Er kann nicht nachvollziehen, dass irgendwelche NE3-Arbeiten durchgeführt wurden oder noch anstehen. Was ist also damit passiert? Will man das einfach weiter aussitzen?

 

Von der 8-Stunden Entstörzeit bei Business-Verträgen brauche ich glaube ich garnicht erst erzählen... Der nächste Techniker-Termin hier vor Ort ist jetzt für nächsten Dienstag früh angesetzt, weil nur dann gleichzeitig die NE3-Technik für Rückfragen der Technikers zur Verfügung stehen soll. Heute von 14-17Uhr wäre das schon nicht mehr sicher gewesen, weswegen mir am Telefon von dem Termin für heute abgeraten wurde.

Zunächst liegen konstant über 40mbit an. Mehr oder weniger glücklich getroffen genau in der Mitte bricht der Upload dann zusammen und erholt sich auch nicht wieder.

 

Wenn hier bis 15.11. sowieso nichts substanzielles mehr passiert, dann sagt es bitte gleich. Dann kümmere ich mich sofort um eine Alternative bei einem Wettbewerber und beende das Kapitel Vodafone als langjähriger zufriedener Kunde.

Wie man sieht, schafft der Server auch gerne konstant 100mbit, wenn man sie ihm liefert.

So, jetzt ist mir der Geduldsfaden gerissen. Die Kündigung ist per Einschreiben auf dem Weg.

 

Heute kam der selbe Techniker wieder und hat einen "neuen" Router mitgebracht. Diese Kiste stinkt nach Rauch, hat eine uralte Firmware am laufen und die Knöpfe vorne sind schon abgewetzt. Und für diesen Premium-Lieferdienst habe ich mir jetzt einen Tag Urlaub genommen? Das hätte man auch per Post schicken können, da er sonst nichts gemacht hat und erneut gesagt hat, hier im Haus wäre alles in Ordnung und hier muss Vodafone von außen etwas tun. Da Vodafone anscheinend nicht willens ist irgendetwas zu tun ist - wie schon gesagt - die Kündigung auf dem Weg. Und das bei einem Business-Vertrag, für den ich mehr als doppelte bezahle, als vergleichbare Privatverträge, die regelmäßig für dauerhaft 39,99 rausgehauen werden von Vodafone. Hier kann man eigentlich nur noch Absicht unterstellen.

 

Ich bitte den nächsten Vodafone-Mitarbeiter, der das hier noch liest, sich nochmal um den versprochenen Rabatt zu kümmern und diesen auch gleich noch auf November auszudehnen. Sollte in dieser Hinsicht nichts passieren, wird die letzte reguläre Rechnung für November abgelehnt, die Lastschrift zurückgebucht und ich hole mir den versprochenen Rabatt eben selbst.

Zusätzlich könnte der- oder diejenige auch noch sicherstellen, dass die außerordentliche Kündigung ohne Probleme über die Bühne geht.

Um einen DSL-Ersatzanschluss habe ich mich bereits gekümmert.

ja die vielen Threads mit identischen Problemen sind mir auch aufgefallen.

Einige weitere Gemeinsamkeiten die ich noch vermute:

Mehrere gleichzeitige Uploads mit iperf z.B. ermöglichen 50mbit/s. Bringt einem aber nichts, weil fast nichts parallele Uploads ausnutzt.

Es handelt sich scheinbar bei allen mit Problemen um Leute, die über eine Kopfstelle der Firma Casa Systems angeschlossen sind. Meine Stichprobengröße ist jedoch recht klein. Das sind einmal ich selbst und einige wenige weitere bei denen ich die Threads durchgeschaut hab. Bei meinem Kumpel aus Stuttgart auch mit 1000er Vertrag läuft aber alles, der hat eine Kopfstelle von Arris.

nachdem ich einen Vertrag bei Ihnen habe, der auch einen Festnetzanschluss beinhaltet, wundert es mich, dass Sie mich nicht erreichen konnten. In meinem Kundenkonto sind zwei Telefonnummern hinterlegt, eine Festnetz und eine Mobilfunknummer. Auf beiden hat mich niemand versucht zu erreichen. Auch der Vorschlag mit dem Forum entbehrt nicht einer gewissen Komik, da mein Anliegen dort seit 6.10. wenig bis überhaupt nicht bearbeitet wird:

Dort können Sie auch lesen, dass ein weiterer Brief - jetzt mit Kündigung - unterwegs ist, da Sie es für eine gute Idee hielten, den heutigen Technikertermin für nichts anderes als die Lieferung eines "neuen" Routers zu nutzen. Für etwas, was Sie einfach per Post erledigen hätten können, habe ich deswegen einen Tag Urlaub vergeudet. Das hat natürlich nichts gebracht, aber immerhin wurde das 4. Störungsticket ohne Rückfrage einseitig als erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

 

Insofern verzeihen Sie mir bitte, wenn ich keine Lust mehr darauf habe, eine einzige Minute mit einem Sprachcomputer oder in einer Warteschleife zu verbringen.

Wenn man die Timestamps vergleicht sieht man, dass ich immer abwechselnd einmal von zuhause und dann von meinem Server jeweils einen 30s-Test auf den selben Server und Port gemacht habe. Daran erkennt man denke ich ganz gut, dass nicht der entfernte Server das Problem ist, sondern der Upload von mir zuhause.

 

Solange meine Kündigung noch nicht bestätigt ist, werde ich hier brav weiter dokumentieren und den Thread als Tagebuch verwenden.

danke für die Aufklärung bzgl. der Gutschrift. Da es mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit auch im November ja keine Verbesserung mehr geben wird, sollte der Rabatt dann ja auch noch für November gelten und die Rechnung für November dann 0€ sein, richtig?

 

Das Beschwerdemanagement kann sich gerne melden, seit der Mail vorgestern bis jetzt haben sie es jedenfalls nicht getan. Hauptsache meine Kündigung wird dann akzeptiert. Die hängt leider aktuell irgendwie bei der Post:
