I'm having an issue with my Cable 100 where I'm getting 110 Mbps download speed but the upload speed never goes above 10 Mbps whereas the connection speeds should be 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload. I took several Speed Tests at different times of the day. I'm also having a hard time reaching out to customer support as I don't speak German. Please help me resolve this issue.
