I have not moved now,i have moved to current address more than 10 months back and same time i requested vodafone shop to change my address,somehow seems missed by them,
post moving to new address there was no issue ,so change of adresses is nothing to do with current issue
but currently my address and router location is 4*** (anyhow this is just across the street of old address)
until past 1-2 month and past 2 days internet is completely down.

Currently a move to the house number 40 is deposited. Also the technician is assigned for the installation for this address. I will now cancel the order and recreate it with the correct house number. the contract was created in the house number 40. Can you send us the copy of the ID card (preferably as a picture), where the correct address can be seen (please in a private message)? The reason is that also on the order form there is a completely different installation address. There is not only another house number indicated. Therefore, we would like to be sure now, which is the connection address.

actually i already submitted my identity document when adresses was changed to vodafone shop (which was about 8 months back) and they confirmed they have changed in system but it was not changed,i can share you copy of identity document with correct address now on this chat or email,let me know how to send private message
