so what did you try to fix that problem your self? Did you try a factory reset, how often does they occur?

I tried restarting it, reseting it.  It's not doing anything. I can't understand why it keeps doing it. It keeps disconnecting me to the point that I can't play a ***ty online game in peace. makes one wonder why..
