Dear Vodafone Team,
I am a Vodafone customer since the December 2023. I have both Mobilfunk and Kabel-Netz products. Since the beginning of my contract, the Kabel-Netz product has issues. There is loss of internet connection 5-6 times a day. Each loss lasts around 20 minute which is annoying since I am working from home. When I try to create a ticket, the Netz-Assistent does not allow me to create one. Could you please help me on this issue ?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
