For about 4 days the ping values go high every 5-15 min. It's impossible to do online meetings or play online games. Sometimes it's even hard to to browse the Internet. This also happened before ( prev topic )

I'm not sure why you would need this information as an employee of vodafone. It looks more like scam question to ask.
All information for diagnostics with device addresses and measuremenets I've provided. Last time it was fixed next day without any answer, so I hope to see improvement in Internet service this time again.

Yes, technician can come, there are no COVID-19 symptoms in the household. I don't know where the household distributor is. There is a contact person from Vodafone for the house, maybe he should know.
