Slow upload speed and constant disruptions

Cable connection has a lot of disruptions and slow upload speed - has to be up to 10 mbs but it was never more than 1 mbs - it is not what is paid for.

Can you send a terchnician please so he could determine the problem - you already sent one but here never came.

No, we can not send any techician. Its a customer helps customer board.
