PLEASE HELP: "Phone" light flashing red on WIFI box - no internet

My wifi box stopped working since last night - the "phone" light flashes red but the internet, wifi and power is on and white. 

Please help  - no customer numbers work, I have tried turnig it on and off, I just need someone to help and I don't speak german 😞

Hello thomasi1,

your Internet connection worked already, right? Did you check if the coaxial cable is plugged in correctly and is undamaged? Did you try a different coaxial cable? In which federal state do you live?
