Not able o access a lot of wesites from Kabel Deutschland cable connection

Hi,

I am not able o access a lot of wesites from Vodafone cable connection - including this forum wesite, twitter and many more. However, the internet isn't completely down I can access Youtube, Facbook, but not my office related websites and commerzbank.de and many more. This is going on for 1 and half months now!. I have tried same as Tanmoy in this article but still no progress. I called the customer care more than 20 times in 20 days! No update, no progress. What can I do now?

Does this affect all devices in the household or only certain ones? Which devices are affected? What modem exactly do you use and in which state do you live?
