Hello I have had no internet for almost 13 days including today- I have tried to call the technical department many times from 28.08.2021 and they said they would fix the issue but it is still not working.

At 6.09.2021 we had internet for 4 hours (was interupting all the time) in the afternoon, it was then showed no access to internet until yesterday night, which was fine for about two hours and then disppeared till today at 10:30. Then it was again not possible to access internet. Sometimes it works for seconds, for example, I receive notifications from my apps but when I want to look at the notifications, it says no internet access !!!

 

What suprised me is that, I went to the VF shope where I signed the contract Red internet and Phone 50 cable, the lady was lecturing me that VF is like a hispital and every depeatment has its own job and I cannot help. But I never seen anyone going to a hospital and staying there for 12 days without seeing a doctor or doing a single investigation !!! then she accepted to do a phone call for me and Bingo !! the other guy on the telephone was saying the internet issue has never been registerd for this flat !! then I showed him my SMS that i got from 08/28/2021 for the issue registration. However, she was saying I cannot help, if you like, you can call the technicla department again !!! I rescheduled my job interview from last week to today but I think its not possible to do it again as I dont have internet. 

Moral of the story, you can sign a contract even via a phone call or going to the shops, but you cannot help the same way after signing the contract for any issues !! - and if you pay them one cent less, they will turn the earth upside down on you!!

can someone please contact me, without mentioning '' '' there is a fault in the return channel (upstream) in your area. The technical department is in the process of fixing the problem. Unfortunately, there is no prognosis as to when it will be up and running again. You will receive an SMS when the colleagues finally solve the problem. '' ''

Or '' please be patient, we work on it!! two weeks and working on it??!!!!''

unfortunately, it can take a while for a back-channel malfunction to be fixed. We are very sorry for this. However, nobody can accelerate this. Is your current message still open? And we don't cross-process concerns through other channels.
