No internet / unable to reach anyone on hotline

Hello all,

I have no internet for 2 days now. Have been constantly trying to call hotline but no success. 

Only power light shines on my router. I suspect the router is faulty as I am not even able to connect to 192.168.0.1 i have checked with the neighbors and no one else is facing this issue. 

I have tried all the troubleshooting guides and nothing has worked so far.

It will be great if someone could help here.

Update 1: I was finally able to speak to someone on the hotline. I was told that a technician will visit in few days and try to solve the issue.

Thank you for the message. The technician came today and replaced the router. He said it will take some time and after that it will be activated.
