No internet since nearly a week in Munich

Hi,

 

I am a Vodafone kabel customer and from past Wednesday evening I have no internet. I do wfh and with no internet have almost exhausted my mobile data and this effects my work(my issue Non of Vodafone's).

I had called Vodafone many times but couldn't get any satisfactory reply from them. I called Vodafone on Wednesday, they mentioned the issue should be resolved- no details of issue provided. I called couple of times on Thursday morning for the same, someone had the thought of creating a ticket (atleast that was done)- still don't know the purpose as it has no updates since it's creation. Then i see the chat box providing me info "return path disturbance" with resolution on Feb 4th 8:00pm. I called up again on Friday to check if there was an update, no input from customer service except that the ticket will have the status updated and maybe they will send a message when the issue is resolved. Then comes Saturday & Sunday no change to Internet status.

I called up again on Monday (today), and asked for support in English as I really want to get to know the issue. I was told the customer service person is not allowed to talk in English and so the issue cannot be conveyed to them. After a lot of just detailing fromy side, the customer service told to post here.

The chat box atleast cares to say there is an issue and atleast shows a resolution date and time (even if it's just changing to next day after 8:00pm).

 

At present I am really done with Vodafone as I am getting no support from them, have no fixed resolution date or info and the issue is not resolved. How am I supposed to work with such a provider? If the solution is taking time what am I provided with during the time the connection is down so that my work is not disrupted? How can I cancel the contract due to this behavior from the provider?
