No internet for almost a week. No english support.

I have no internet issues for more than a week. Unfortunately I don't speak german very well. I managed to open a service ticket a few days ago with my basic german and they still didn't answered/replied to it. Today I tried again to call them after some days without any answer or change in the internet status. After a few tryouts, one of the supporters helped me out speaking very slowly but in the end she said that I have to wait for them to fix. 

Does Vodafone has any support in English? And why does it take so long to fix an internet issue?
