No internet for a week, not able to talk to a person on hotline. Please help

Hi! I apologise for speaking English… i tried calling few different lines from Vodaphone, since last Monday I dont have internet, i never could get a chance to talk with anyone as i keep getting automatic recording that i have storung, first it was till Thursday 00 next day till Friday 00. Now router has all green lights but there is no internet/cable or wifi.

I am working from home with office computers and i will honestly lose my job if by tomorrow i cant have connection.

I live on Grunewaldstrasse 16, 10823 Berlin .
I have red internet and phone 250. 

Standard router from Vodafone.

i have very bad internet for two years but now its completely gone, zero.
