Tariff: Red Internet and Phone 250 Cable

Hello,

Since last week my internet connection is very poor. First, it was disconnecting every 2 minutes (both ethernet and wifi) then for 2 days it does not even connect anymore. The box is working it has lights but it says "no internet connection". I know for a fact all of the Vodafone users in my building have the same issues. Please get on top of this issue fast because we have online classes and exams.

did you check all connections? Can you use TV on the same antenna socket?

Does the house system have any obvious damage?

Hi jens,

No the house system is fine. 5 other people at least have the same problem in my building. I don't own a TV.
