Need a visit from technician, telephone number is only in German

Hello!

I just got my package with the kabelrouter for CableMax 1000 but I need to request a visit from a technician, because the internet light only flashing red... I called the 0800 526 66 25 but didn't manage to speak with anyone, all the options were in German so I couldn't understand. Is it possible to request the visit from the website?

You'll need to call the Hotline - and as German is sole contractual language, Service is also granted only in German language. In case you are not speaking enough German, you'll need to ask for help on your own expenses...
