Moving to new apartment

Hello,

I have recently moved from Coburg to Berlin and need to transfer my internet connection to my new place. I contacted Vodafone, and they instructed me to simply connect the device, stating it would connect to the new internet. They also sent me a new letter with a new customer number. However, I still don't have internet. The router's internet light is on, but the WiFi light is off.

I have called Vodafone multiple times. Some representatives say they will send a technician, while others are unable to assist due to language barriers.

What should I do to get my internet working again? Should we consider canceling the contract and registering for a new one?
