Modem installed, blinking red for hours

Hello,

I have installed cable modem TG6442VF in my new apartment. But it's blinking red. I tried to contact Vodafone, but they don't seem to have and English helpline anymore and I was referred to post here by the Vodafone WhatsApp chat. 

If there is a Vodafone employee monitoring this, please reach out by private message for details.
