Lost the Cable internet connection

Hi team, This morning, about 2 hours ago. My router lost the connection from ISP.
I’m using FritzBox 6660 Cable HC.
The power/Cable led keeps blinking.

I tried the following—more than three times.
1. Plug out the socket from the wall
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Plug in again

It also happened yesterday, but it got fixed by the method above.

I don’t speak German; therefore, customer service call doesn’t help me.

What should I have to do now?
