Hello,
My Internet has not working for four days now. No need to say how impactful it is for working and all subscriptions I have running and not able to use.
The online procedure suggested replacing the router, which is dated - OK. However, I realized the neighbor of the adjacent apartment just moved and closed all appliances. I wonder if your Team closed my line, instead of his.
Neither the online chat (not allowing me to pose this question) nor the call center (only German-speaking) was able to help.
Hope in a fast resolution!
