Kabelrouter Neustart mehrfach täglich

Hallo,

Seit letzte Woche (oder früher) habe ich wieder Problemen mit meinem Internet. Modem startet wieder täglich neu, auch tagsüber, 2-5 Minuten Ausfälle. Es ist sehr unbequem weil ich wieder Home-Office habe. Mir den normalen Schritte bin ich schon durch ( neustart, reset usw.) Die Modem-Oberfläche ist immer noch nicht erreichbar. Falls ihr die Leitungswerte braucht die sollen von euch auslesen werden.

Hallo csimi,

der Fachbereich versucht es mit einer anderen Firmware am Modem. Dazu startet das Modem neu. Bitte im Anschluss einen Werksreset mit dem Modem durchführen und schauen, ob es weiterhin selbstständig rebootet.

Jetzt ist es besser als vorher, aber es gibt immer noch Probleme.
