Sorry for posting in English.
I have a lot of instability with my cable connections, some sites are blocked and some respond only once in a while. They work correctly when using a VPN so I suspect it`s either a filtering from vodafone or a route misconfigured/overloaded. Since I see no way to removing all filtering here is my list of problems:

eu.patch.battle.net
I also have a traceroute avaibale attached. I have tried all the steps in the manual, connecting directly using ethernet cable, reseting the router, etc
