Kabel Modem new connection : Wifi turn off frequently

Hi ,

I'm sorry, I don't speak German.

I recently took a Vodafone internet connection(17-08-2022).
The box arrived 17-08-2022 and I could able to assemble it myself.After that I could able to connect to internet using Wifi , 
But after some time (within 30 minute of first time connection) The wifi turned off automatically, and I had to restart the modem (powering off and then on ).
And this issue continues frequently , wifi will work for some time and then turn off (Wifi LED is OFF) then I have to wait for hours for wifi to turn on Or I need to restart ..
I tried to call the vodafone customer care number, since I am new to Germany and I don't speak German (Hope that you can understand my situation ), the customer support is of no use for me .
I really don't know what to do now. Smiley (traurig)
Please help me to fix this issue or help me to cancel my connection so that I can return the product .
Hope that atleast someone can understand my situation and provide some solution,
