I have cable 1000, and I'm very disappointed with it. Every day I have to restart the router because it loses the connection to the internet. I work from home and having a stable connection is an absolute must for me. I saw a thread where a lot of people complained about this, and no solution, so I was hoping to cut my losses and just terminate the contract. What are my options?

No, it is not that easy.
First you'll definitely have to report the issue - and you'll most probably will need technician appointments.
Without that, you can cancel the contract to the end of the contractual term, but not earlier.

I raised a complain, someone called me, but since I don't speak German they just hung up. What else can I do?
