Internet speed is very slow (~10 mbps instead of 250 mbps)

Hello Vodafone Team, 

I have a internet broadband plan of 250 mbps , but getting speed of not more than 5-10 mbps  since i bought this new connection from Vodafone . And due to this such low internet speed ,  i am not able to do any  Office  work , and also not able to stream anything on internet .
