Internet led is flashing red light, but unfortunately there is no internet

Hello,

I connected my Vodafone Wi-Fi 6 Station properly but the internet led has been blinking red light for one day. The type of designation is TG6442VF which is written on the back of the station. I also tried to check the settings of the router by entering the http://192.168.0.1. But the status of DOCSIS Offline. I also attached DOCSIS Status and Downstream channel(s). It is obvious that something is wrong because modulation is not supported but I don't know what the matter is. Downsteram Channel(s)Downsteram Channel(s)DOCSIS OfflineDOCSIS Offline

I'm trying to connect the router via WiFi. Please help me, what should I do?

Hier bei mir gibt es seit dem ersten Anschluß der Vodafone Station (WiFi 6) kein Netz. Blinkt auch rot. Anlage im Keller erst 2 Jahre alt. Techniker kommt erst in einer Woche. Sollte doch mit der Selbstinstallation funktionieren. Bei Vodafone kann angeblich niemand was machen. Warum sagt dass eine Selbstinstallation ausreicht wenn hier doch kein Signal an der Anlage anliegt?
