Dear Vodafone team,
Before I start with issues I am experiencing:
I tried several times restarting the router, turning it off and on again, factory reset, using it only over cable, tried with mesh network setup and my own WiFi routers, cable connection without WiFi, different cables (my private ones and the Vodafone ones).
issues:
- The internet fails several times a day, both WiFi and cable. Meetings get interrupted, music, video calls, and any other service. We have two computers and 2 phones connected most of the time, TV at night.
- At night internet gets super slow, web pages load for minutes, Netflix is blocked most of the time, especially during the weekends. I have a feeling like I am sharing the internet with the whole building and not having speed for myself. And I am not sharing my internet connection with anyone.
- The Internet LED remains lit steadily, the WLAN LED is off while the internet is not available
- The Internet can only be reached again after a router restarts if it breaks, and it is happening almost every day and it's getting really hard to have any use of it. Sometimes I need to restart the router a couple of times every day.
- Restart does not help for slow internet during some parts of the day, when the internet is completely unusable
- Start of problems since contract start
-Ping is usually from 15-90 ms, and download speed varies from 5-100 Mbps and upload speed from 0.4-11 Mpps. This is when the internet is working. (tested different days and time - speedtest net)
I am writing this letter in despair and connected to my cellular network!

During the day - let's say starting 9 AM until 11 PM every day, from time to time:
1. the internet is gone completely (for a few minutes)
2. the internet is super slow that I can't have meetings (can take 2h to get better)
3. the internet is so slow that even a simple web page can't be opened (every day at night from 7 PM until 11 PM)
Router restarts sometimes help, but most of the time do not. I do restart the router a couple of times a day sometimes. Hard reset or regular reset gives the same results.
I have 2 neighbors with Vodafone experiencing the same issues.

Hi Vladimir,
currently there is a glitch active in our network and our technicians are already in the process of removing it. You will receive an SMS from us when our colleagues have been successful.
Furthermore, there is too high a load in our network in the evening and the current expansion work should be completed by the beginning of April.

Router restarts sometimes help, but most of the time do not. I do restart the router a couple of times a day sometimes. Hard reset or regular reset gives the same results. The cable connection or WiFi have the same issues. The Internet light on the router goes red while this is happening.
I have a lot of neighbors now with Vodafone experiencing the same issues.
This hasn't changed and it's been a year now, internet is very unstable throughout the day. I do home office, and 50% of the time I use my phone data network because Vodafone internet is not working.
I got feedback that this will change in a month, then in the next 6 months. But now, after a year, nothing changed?
