Hi,
I have Internet fault daily since one week (26th of April), 8 (!) Ticekts has been created and 6 closed, yet I don't know when the next time Internet will fall again. I'd really appreciate if you could let me when I can expect cnnection stabilized finally? And of course, I expect compensation from Vodafone, since it's not completing contract terms by faulitng proividing Internet due to which I already had money losses.

I’ve received confirmation that it’s fixed. Yet again, no Internet as of now....
What solution do you offer? ... since 7 (!) weeks, fault almost every day...
These are no contractual terms, and I think I’ve been patient enough...

Hello Fionko,
I know that it is annoying that the tickets keep getting closed while the problem still persists. From the technical side there isn't much we can do apart from opening a new ticket. Another central task was closed two hours ago, right now the line looks good. How about your connection?

It’s not stable. Sometimes internet is not there for 30 min or more throughout the day.

yesterday evening there was another strong error rate on the return path. The new task for that already exists, I added another ticket for you. Due to the ongoing problems I can offer you a refund for June. I saw you already got one for May.

I wonder when it stops and is there a faster way to communicate an issue, rather than writing here or calling?
Also, refund is nice, but as you might have understood (simply imagine yourself at my place) there’s no use at all of having Internet coming and going all the time since 2 months. Contractual terms are not met at all.

as I said, the colleagues still work on this. You will get an email when the task is closed. If we don't reply fast enough for your taste you may try and contact us via Facebook or Twitter. Be aware that the colleagues can't tell you anything different.
