Internet Problems for more than a month (NRW)

I am a vodafone kabel internet user (formerly unity media).

For more than a month I have been having internet problems(random disconnects, low speeds etc).

I opened a complaint 3 weeks ago. The technician came, checked the box in the keller and called me to say that there seems to be some signal issue at the backend and it might take 1-2 weeks to solve.

 

on 2nd Feb, the online complaint tracker showed the issue as "Solved" (Wir haben Ihr Anliegen gelöst. Sollte der Fehler trotzdem in den nächsten 7 Tagen nochmal auftreten, können Sie das Anliegen hier wieder öffnen.)

 

I am still having the same issues. I can't do my homeoffice. I can't take my German language online classes. How do I proceed? I have to buy seperate mobile internet to get my work done + pay for unreliable cable internet.
