My router loses connection a couple of times per day, then flashes red, then restarts.
It is not to do with any of the usual troubleshooting stuff:
- cable is not faulty
- factory reset doesnt solve it
-both WLAN and LAN lose connection
This has been happening for almost a year and i have not received any help. The customer service only speak German.
Please help.

the error rates on your modem are still there. As the other coaxial cable didn't help, I would like to send a technician to check the line and the modem. Can you grant him access to the house installation? Are there symptoms in your household that might be linked to Covid-19? Is the mobile number that ends on 435 your current one?
