I find extremely weird that Vodafone is happy to sell their products in English and advertise "We Speak English" at their stores, however it's impossible to get any help or support after you've bought the product. All support functions are automatic report that end up either you calling them or them calling you, then no one speaks a word of English and hangs up on you.
I've suffered from significant outage on my connection for 10DAYS, preventing me from working and none of this is taken seriously by billion dollar company. Modem keeps automatically rebooting itself with the following error messages.

I assume it's either a firmware/patch issue on the modem or the modem would have to be exchanged, however there's zero support available, even when visiting the online speaking physical stores they say we can't do anything you have to call them.
Unacceptable, enough with the rant to customer forums, have a good one.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.
