I'm writing this email with a TERRIBLE FEELING about my cable product. For the past 4 weeks, I have been struggling to have a good connection with my cable but it keeps disconnecting several times a day. I have tried all the possible solutions provided by Assistant Robot and none of them could help me. I also tried to contact support via phone and always faced a waiting line with the hope of getting some help.
Two days ago I could finally contact someone and she created a ticket for me and said that it will be taken care of within 24 hours but no answer after 48 hours. For now, either I have to change the cable or cancel my contract and switch to another provider.
