I bought a week ticket for Vodafone Hotspot yesterday, and it worked fine. At night I turned off my computer, and today, when I connect to the Hotspot, it does not work anymore - when I am trying to connect, it only shows me the page where I can log in or buy a new ticket, but there is no connection beyond this webpage.
What should I do? Or can my ticket be refunded then?
where are you from actually? There should be a telephone number on the ticket you bought, these colleagues could support that case probably better - did you call them or take any other actions? 🙂
