Ich wende mich an euch, weil ich in letzter Zeit mit einem Problem zu kämpfen habe: Mein Ping zum Router-Gateway über WLAN ist viel zu hoch. Das macht mir das Surfen etwas schwer, besonders wenn ich nur 4 Meter vom Router entfernt bin.
Mein Router-Modell ist der CGA6444VF.
Ich habe sowohl das 2,4 GHz- als auch das 5 GHz-Band getestet, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen. Ich habe die Ergebnisse meiner Ping-Tests im Anhang beigefügt.
Dieses ärgerliche Problem tritt etwa drei Tage pro Woche für ungefähr eine halbe Stunde auf. Könntet ihr mir bitte dabei helfen, das zu beheben? Eure freundliche Unterstützung wäre wirklich super!
