Flashing red and white lights, very slow speed when working

hi,

since 19.08.02023, my Vodafone station has been flashing red internet lights (sometimes flashing white) and no internet connection (except very occasionally, and at very low speeds).  Netz-Assistent says no problems in the area, and in the  DOCSIS status page in the router there are no channels listed?  I've rebooted and reset several times, is this a hardware fault? or network?
