Facing frequent wifi disconnections in Vodafone Cable wifi

Hi Vodafone Team,

 

I am facing very frequent wifi disconnections in my Vodafone Cable wifi and sometimes internet does not work for a long period of time after the disconnect. I have to work from home and am unable to do my office work because of it. I restarted the Vodafone station router, unplugged and replugged the cables and followed the Vodafone network troubleshooting guide online but still facing very frequent network disconnects. Can this please be looked at? Kindly help resolve this issue.

When doing work from home it's strongly recommended to use a LAN-Connection, so there can't be any wifi-issues.

 

You could optimize your local WiFi with a lot of Vodafone suggestions too, in case there isn't a hardware or connection issue caused by Vodafone. 

 

Have you tried to establish a LAN connection and is there an issue then too?

Observed the frequent wifi disconnections issue for a couple of days, it is working fine as of now and so I think device change is not needed as of now.

 

Thanks for the offer to replace device. Will monitor internet over next few days and let you know in case device change is needed.
