Extremely high latency, poor download/upload, unusable network quality

• Loan Device
• For all devices in the house websites do not load, videos cannot be watched, files cannot be synced. Running ping 8.8.8.8 on the command line has measurements of over one second.
• Ethernet
• 6:30pm EVERY NIGHT
• I was told there are no faults in the area.

Can someone please help me diagnose what is going on here?

What is return channel interference? Is there any more information you can give me so that I can inform myself?

A return channel interference is a high-frequency signal that is radiated into your return path from a defective device. 

Vodafone must first find the interference signal and then eliminate it.

You can't do anything about it yourself.
