Erstinstallation funktioniert nicht

Hello, I have  a problem with the first installation. 

My contract is Red nternet and Phone 100 cable.

I have the Vodafone station cga6444vf. Everything is connected but the red dot is blinking.

I think a technician will have to come to solve the problem.
