I have the GigaZuhause 250 package at my apartment in Berlin.
There are two of the 3-way coaxial outlets in the apartment in differeent rooms, but only one of them seems to be working and providing an internet connection - this is in the bedroom. Ideally I'd like to have the router placed in the lounge so I can connect it to the TV via ethernet. Theree is already a coaxial outlet there, but it just doesn't seem to working. How would I approach getting this changed?
