Cable outage in Karlsruhe English speaker

Hello,
My cable internet has not been working for three or four hours now.
Are there any known outages in Karlsruhe?

I have called a few help lines but have been hung up on every time I have asked if the speak English, so that has not been greatly helpful.

Any help appreciated
