Dear Vodafone community,

good day. I understand that there are customer agents that watch this board. Is that correct? I would like to follow up on a ticket (003-0047945/24). I used the network assistant wizard to report on Jan 22 that we do not have cable internet at home since Jan 20. The information care of the network assistant wizard was that it will be resolved on Jan 23, 2024 at 3pm. This was yesterday. Running the wizard again today, it reports the ticket as still "in progress" and the statement reads "There is currently no current date for the problem to be resolved."

I thought I would use the board to try to get more information regarding the new target resolution date. I wonder if Vodafone can allow me to connect to the Vodafone Home pay-per-use service while the service is being repaired so that I can remain online.
