Dear Community Members,
I received my new Vodafone Cable Internet Homebox (250 mbps) on Wednesday (08-09-2021). I have no internet still. I am spending around 5 hours each day, trying to speak with some customer representative in English. I was told that there is some fault in the cable and a technician will reach out to me to fix it, and I was also given a ticket number. Since then, no one has contacted me and any number I call, I mostly get no help/information because I am new here and cannot yet speak German Language.
Can someone please help me or advise me how to solve this issue?

Try to go under storungsticket in your private area, maybe you have an appointment to set.
English is not the best way to reach them but you can repeat several times "internet LED blink rot" and they will get it, then just repeat "ja" and again "internet LED blink rot".

They said that I will receive a call to set up the appointment, and I have been waiting for it all day, but still no call.

yes, they open the ticket, then they need time but generally speaking, sounds like they have problems with the overall network these days due to maintenance work.

I am in Bavaria, and internet of everyone in my neighborhood seems to be working. But you might be right.

Was anyone able to help you with your problem. Is the connection running again? If not, we would be happy to take a look at your connection and the problem. Please send us the customer number, name incl. address and date of birth of the contract holder via private message.
