Hello, apologies for writing this in English.
My CH7466CE router has been restarting every hour or so since last week. I have checked the plugs, I have tried all the options described in this thread including changing the favourite frequency.
I think I need to ask for a replacement. Any other ideas? Thank you!

if it's the same, can you post the signal values from the cable-router?
And which federal state are you from?

Hi Jens, Thank you for your answer and apologies for the late reply.
I'm in Berlin. 2 days after I posted the message here, the router stopped restarting without making any further changes on my side. I just wanted to make sure that the problem was gone before replying here. The last actions I took are were:
- Reset to factory defaults (hard reset)
- Connect all the wifi devices through an AP connected to the router through a cable.
I think something changed in the connection / network and it didn't have anything to do with the router itself, but I'm not sure. If you still want me to share the connection values, let me know and I'll be happy to do it.

yes please give us the values of the downstream and upstream channels. It is quite possible that the values are outside the tolerant.

the upstreams seem to be disturbed on your connection and I would like to have a closer look at that. Send me your customer data (name, address, customer number, birthday) in a private message and then let me know here that you have sent the data.

Hi,
I was right with my assumption. There is a disturbance on the upstreams and our technicians are already in the process of eliminating it. You will receive an SMS from us when our colleagues have been successful.
