Bestimmte Webseiten/Server sind nicht erreichbar bzw. werden blockiert

Seit ca. zwei Monaten werden jegliche Verbindungsversuche mit bestimmte Servern im asiatischen Raum blockiert. Ein Beispiel ist folgende Webseite:  https://poe.game.daum.net/

Folgende IPs sind unerreichbar: 

hkg02 Hong Kong - CHN 119.81.138.0/23
osa21 Osaka - JPN 163.68.118.0/24
osa22 Osaka - JPN 163.69.118.0/24
osa23 Osaka - JPN 163.73.118.0/24
seo01 Seoul - KOR 169.56.118.0/24

Der Hoster der Server ist IBM's Seoul DC. Der Hoster hat vergeblich versucht einen fähigen Vodafone-Techniker zu kontaktieren.

Ich habe bereits eine Odysee (Routertausch, IPv4 freischaltung, usw) mit dem telefonischen Support hinter mir. 

Alles natürlich ohne Erfolg.

Von diesem Problem sind hunderte von Spielern des Onlinegames Path of Exile aus ganz Europa betroffen.  Unter folgendem Link erhalten Sie noch mehr Info:

Bei  mir das gleiche Problem, wenn ich den Support anschreibe oder anrufe wird alles auf meinen Router (Fritzbox 6590 abgeschoben(auch wenn ich mir die mühe den Original Vodafone Router anschließe zum testen).

sende bitte Pingplottermessungen zu den betroffenen Seiten zusammen mit den weiteren Informationen aus dem Thread Alles rund um Störungsmeldungen. Führe die Messungen per LAN mit einem Intervall von 2,5 Sekunden durch.

• In welchem Bundesland wohnst Du? Bayern, 63801
  
• Welchen Vertrag hast Du? Internet + Telefon 250
• Welches Modem/ Router nutzt Du? Vodafone Station im Bridge Modus. Ist auch egal, da das Problem nicht an meiner Hardware liegt.

• Beginn und Zeitraum der Störung. Die Server sind 24/7 nicht erreichbar. Problem tritt seit mindestens zwei Monaten auf.
• Lade dazu noch einen Screenshot von den Signalwerten hoch. Diese findest Du in der Benutzeroberfläche Deines Kabelrouters über 192.168.0.1 bzw. über 192.168.178.1 bei der Fritzbox.Nein tue ich nicht, da das Problem nicht auf meiner Seite liegt.
• Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625 für Vodafone Kabel Deutschland bzw. 0221/46619100 für Vodafone West) durchgeführt? Routertausch, Freischaltung öffentlicher IPv4, Protokollierung aller Infos, die ich im ersten Post aufgelistet habe. Die Hotline ist grottenschlecht. Es wird wirlich ALLES unternommen, um den Kunden zu hindern mit einem fähigen Techniker verbunden zu werden. Ein Beispiel: Man muss aus der Leitung geschmissen mit der Aussage, dass man seinen Router neustarten soll. Das ist einfach nur erbärmlich.

Hi EaDYSHoT,

laut Deinen MTRs fängt das Problem erst weit außerhalb unseres Netzes an. Des Weiteren finde ich Route über Sierra Leone recht merkwürdig.

Schließe bitte Deinen Rechner direkt an unseren Router an und lass dann erneut einen Pingplotter / MTR (bitte Screenshot) laufen. Laut System hast Du aktuell noch einen TP Link Router im Einsatz.

sorry. Ich ging davon aus, dass der Hop 8d.76.c0a5.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com dort liegt. Es scheint sich aber um einen Server von Soft Layer zu handeln.
