I am currently encountering significant challenges with my internet connection. Despite subscribing to a service promising 1 gigabit per second in download speed and 50 megabits per second in upload speed, I consistently experience lower-than-expected performance. On optimal days, my download speed over Ethernet peaks at approximately 400 megabits per second, while my upload speed fluctuates between 30 and as low as 1 or 2 megabits per second. This erratic performance is particularly disruptive during online gaming sessions, where I frequently encounter severe packet loss resulting in gameplay disruptions. Despite attempting various troubleshooting measures, I remain perplexed by the persistent subpar upload speeds. sometimes i have up to 70 percent of paket loss and is starting to get very concerning.
Has anyone encountered similar challenges, and if so, how were they addressed?
